I haven’t been to Japan, so I can’t compare its authenticity, but I can say it was better than any other ramen I’ve had before. The staff were very attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and friendly. I visited twice and was very satisfied both times. I hope they add more options to the menu. Wishing them success as a new business.

I tried the Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen, and the broth was incredibly rich and absolutely delicious - it might just be the best tonkotsu ramen I've had in London so far! I especially appreciated the free barley tea and the spicy bean sprouts they offer.
The only issue is the pricing: £14.9 for the Hakata tonkotsu ramen, but you only get two slices of chashu pork.
If they either lowered the price slightly, or included a marinated soft-boiled egg, it would definitely be more appealing to local residents and attract more repeat custom.- Service

We were lucky enough to visit Betsetunjin Ramen this evening on their opening day. I've eaten a lot of ramen and I must say the broth was one of the richest and tastiest I have ever had in the UK. Had a nice chat with a staff member who explained that all the ingredients are sourced from Japan to make the Hakata ramen in the traditional way. The menu is small at the moment and obviously the restaurant is still finding its feet but I'm already sure it's a great new addition to Sutton's food scene.- Service

I’ve tried ramen in Tokyo, Osaka, and even Barcelona—cities known for their authentic bowls—and this place truly holds its own. The broth has a bold, confident flavour that only a skilled and daring chef can pull off.
The menu is still quite limited since they’ve just opened, but that’s a smart choice. Mastering a few dishes first and gradually introducing new flavours shows dedication to quality and consistency.
This establishment has my full support. Well done, and I’m excited to see how they grow!- Food

The ramen egg was perfect — soft-boiled with a creamy yolk that blended so well with the broth. Staff were super friendly and welcoming too. Really enjoyed the meal and would definitely come back again!- Noise level

We visited there on a Friday evening. It was a great experience and felt true authentic! Ramen are big portions and Dan Dan Remen was the best we felt! Sit in the bar, you get to see the live cooking!
